Abstract:
Nowadays our country organizations as other organizations should compute with other organization whether inside or outside in order to can survive in the work place.The purpose of this paper is examining The effect of knowledge management processes on new product development performance (case study: OghabAfshanCompnay). Required information was collected by a researcher-made questionnaire based on research conceptual model extracted form shafiei nikabadi (1391) model and wenPaiwang (2009). To analyze collected data, first the subject’s cognitive population properties were described using statistical indices including job history and education. In analytical statistic of this research to test the significance of the relation between questions and variable and measurement model fitness and evaluating factor validity the confirmatory factor analysis has been used. Also, to examine the state of the research variable the average test of a society or a sample-T was used and after examining the validity questionnaire questions through first and second order confirmatory factor analysis to examine the effects among research variables the structural equations model and specially path analysis technique was used using the software lezeral. Findings indicate that there is a significant relation between knowledge management processes and new product development performance. Based on obtained results the domains The five sub-hypothesis of the present study, three hypotheses, ie the creation of knowledge- new product development performance, recording, storage and maintenance of knowledge – new product development performance assessment and feedback of knowledge – new product development performance due to the significant number of them were confirmed. In conclusion, this study aims to provide practical suggestions.
